  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a clear photo of the item along with your order details.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
